Who Am I and How Can I Help?

I’m a therapist, a wife, a mom of two kids, and we have four fur babies and one fish. I struggle to balance it all, just like you. We shouldn’t and can’t walk through this life alone. We all need support.

As I have gone through life, I recognize times when worry, stress, anxiety, and that inner critic would keep me from doing the things that I wanted to do. I know how it feels to struggle to ‘be enough’ and to stand up to the ideal highlight reels we see so much of today. I know it is possible to quiet that voice that tells you that you aren’t enough, that thought that causes you to worry, or the stress, anxiety, and sense of overwhelm that comes with stepping out of that comfort zone.

I can help. I want to help. Sure, I’ve got the degree, licenses, and training that can help. My fire, though, is to put that into play for you. The education and training don’t matter if I can’t put it all together, we can’t connect, and help you live the life you were put here to live. Our culture has become a social media shit storm. We have ideals in media and on social that we feel we NEED to live up to and there is something wrong with us if we fall short. We see moms in the parent pick up lane, at the park, and at activities that have it ALL together…at least it seems like it, right? We see other women who project confidence and exude an effortless image. They are killing it in their careers while you are over there hoping they don’t see you tip your toe out and pull it back because you are afraid to fail. The secret though is they all have some of the same insecurities, same worries, same anxiety, and same sense of overwhelm too but they are either afraid you will see them too or they actually have figured out how to tame those inner critics. Let me help you find that same calm, passion, sense of self, and learn to tame your own inner critic.

I practice what I ask you to practice and I’ll walk side by side with you while you work to conquer it all and live your best life.
